Our location in the Lake Superior Snow Belt will afford you ample opportunities to enjoy all that winter has to offer.

• Snowmobile on the finest-groomed trail system in the North. Well marked and mapped, our trails are second to none.
• If serious quiet and solitude are what you seek, then strap on the snowshoes. Snowshoing provides a great opportunity for sighting wildlife and witnessing the splendor of our winter wonderland.
• Cross-country and downhill skiing are all right here in our backyard. The longest downhill runs in the Midwest are an easy 1/2 hour ride from Alpine Resort.
• Lastly, our favorite winter activity: ice fishing. From bluegill and crappie to walleye and northern pike, all are available right outside your door!
